We are pleased to welcome Zsolt to our engineering team. Zsolt brings extensive experience with industrial doors, particularly in sectional doors.

Charley joined us in October 2025. She joined North East Door Systems as our Purchaser. Not only is she bringing some great experience, but her expertise will be a valuable asset as we continue to grow. We’re looking forward to seeing the positive impact Charley will have in this role.

Karen has taken the role of Service Administrator (Finance) at North East Door Systems. Karen has over 40 years of finance experience as well as over 5 years of industry experience, she’s a fantastic addition to the team.

Brian brings a wealth of experience to our company and is a fantastic addition to the business. We can't wait to see him continue his journey with us at North East Door Systems.

A word from our founder:
"When I formed the business in May 2020 I had a simple clear vision in mind. I knew the industry had a major skill shortage resulting in poor customer service for the end users. The mantra was (and still is) to offer solid technical expertise on site, combined with good friendly communication. Ultimately, clients just want their door fixing in a timely manner at a fair price, which isn't exactly rocket science.
I am thrilled to see what the company has became in such a short space of time, I am a little surprised at the speed of growth, but when I consider the simplicity of what clients require I suppose in hindsight given our key focus and mantra that I shouldn't really be so surprised. It has been brilliant to see every member of our team really buy into the brand and the goal, I trust every single one of them with any and every customer."

Neal joined the business as a director in June 2021 and his impact has been astonishing. He is a seasoned engineer with 20 years in the industry and has managed installations on a national level. Neal has been a key driver in the business growth since joining and is passionate about creating an enjoyable working environment for the staff.

Peter comes to us with a wealth of experience in management, having successfully led teams in both office and field settings. His expertise will propel our team forward and enhance the growth of both our staff and the services we provide.

Christine is responsible for anything finance, we all know that money makes the world go round – well we are in safe hands with Christine.

Trish joined the business in March 2023. With over 20 years' admin experience, specifically in the door industry, it is no surprise that she has quickly became an asset to the business. Trish is often the primary point of contact for both new and existing customers.

Angela's brings a wealth of experience to our major accounts. As the primary point of contact for our major account clients, Angela's professionalism and friendliness, make her a perfect fit for our company culture.

Liam was the 1st official employee of North East Door Systems and as such his commitment and dedication to the success of the business is clear to see. His work ethic has enabled him to progress into a very competent member of the team. Liam is a pleasure to work with, always making the team laugh and is an absolute must have on the heavier jobs!

Paul was the companies 4th appointment joining as an engineers mate. In a short space of time Paul has gained experience that outweighs many engineers with far greater time in the industry. Paul has a very professional manner which is always well received by our clients.

Richie is a very experienced engineer and very well respected within the industry. Having worked with Richie in previous employment, our founder (Andrew) was extremely keen to get Richie on board. Securing Richie was a statement of the businesses commitment to quality.

Mark joined us in August 22 already equipped with a wealth of experience. He has been a fantastic addition to the NEDS team & we are lucky to have him.

Stuart started the "North East Door Systems" family in January 2023. With a strong background in field service we are thrilled to have him on board & are confident he will look after our valued customers with great professionalism.

Paul has been in the industry since 1987 & has a track record in building excellent relationships with our customers on site. His experience, competence & professionalism align perfectly with the company ethos & we are thrilled to have him on board.

With 30 years of industry experience, Micky is a well-known and highly respected professional who brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our business.

Sam joined us June 24 new to the industry. He impressed us initially with his attitude & work ethic, in his time so far he has successfully gained industry qualifications as well as hands on experience. We have received positive feedback from our clients & are looking forward to witnessing & assisting in Sam’s continuous development.
