As we are not a manufacturer, we have no allegiance to any one product. This means we are able to supply and fit individual parts from an array of manufacturers. The wide variety of systems available all have differing features, our independent status enables us to select the product most suitable for individual requirements.
Doors are often a commodity taken somewhat for granted, only when they fail do we realise just how much of an inconvenience can unfold. Operations can be affected, security can be compromised and so much more. This is why we will always aim to get a door back in service without delay. We carry an array of common industry spares, and our robust supply chain enables us to source none stock parts quickly.
Here at North East Door Systems Ltd we have a firm belief in clear and accurate reporting for any work we undertake. On many occasions, the bill payer is not based on site and it is important to be kept in the loop. This is why we have invested heavily in our job reporting system. Upon completion of our attendance electronic reports will be sent automatically (subject to internet access & an email address being provided), usually, reports are delivered to the client within minutes of engineer submission. Worksheets will contain comprehensive information about the visit, including photographs and where necessary will have a video embedded. All worksheets will be signed and state all the information required; such as arrival/departure time, engineer name, works carried out and further works required.

ADSA first developed the industry code of practice. This covers the safety aspects of automatic doors for pedestrian use.
When thinking about costs, there are many factors to consider. Charges are usually by the hour, so competence is a must. Also consider associated indirect costs such as possible downtime or additional security, a speedy service is likely to be the most cost effective. We keep our costs down by effective planning enabling us to pass on savings to our valued clients. We will attend equipped with common industry parts to assist in completing a repair in a single visit, which all helps to keep the final bill as low as possible.

The majority of clients pay via BACS on receipt of invoice. We also however carry point of sale card machines on board, so if required we are able to take payment before leaving site - an electronic sales receipt will be emailed there and then. We can also take remote card payments via approved safe and secure payment links that can be sent via SMS or Email.
